Services - Baptistry Resurfacing
The materials used in resurfacing your church baptistery have been used by the chemical industry for tank linings and quench areas. The Fibexx process is highly resistant to corrosion, staining, or etching that is commonly caused by hard water, minerals, chemical imbalances, or age of the font. Every font that is resurfaced by American Fiberglass Pools will have a permanent non-skid applied to all stairs and the font floor. The most common colors selected for the font resurfacing process are white or light blue. American Fiberglass Pools has a variety of custom "High Definition" colors for you to choose from for an additional cost.
All suction fittings in your baptistery will be converted to Virginia Graeme Baker (VGB) Pool and Spa Safety Act approved fittings. The VGB is a federal law that went into effect in December 2008. It was approved to eliminate hair entrapment or bodily entrapment in pools or spas that are used by the general public.
